- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field.
- Experience writing detailed technical reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software to include, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees from all levels within the organization.
- Ability to practice discretion, good judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with coworkers, management, and clients, both verbal and in writing.
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects, work under pressure and conduct themselves professionally.
- A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Valid US Passport or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Experience conducting field engineering services within a related industry is a plus.
- Certifications are a plus (OSHA 10, OSHA 30, ASNT, API, and AWS-CWI).
Travel
- This position requires extensive travel during outage season (Outage season is Two periods a year lasting anywhere from 3-4 months)
- 80% Travel required around the US, and 20% of position will be based in the TX area.
- Travel will range from day to overnight travel throughout TX, OK, LA, NM, AZ and other locations around the US
- A travel allowance of $65/ day will be provided for personal expenses. All other travel expenses are provided by RISE
