About the role:
Duties include the preparation of product samples, biological indicators, and test dunnage in support of sterilization testing. Collaborates with Coventry Operations and Global Sterility Assurance teams to develop test protocols, forms, and records to be used in support of sterilization testing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participates in the process validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
• Maintain project schedules and collaborate in a team environment.
• Coordinate product test samples from sites throughout the BSC network.
• Participates in the placement and retrieval of product samples and sensors within qualification environment.
• Investigate root cause(s) of non-conformances (i.e. NCMR, audit, etc.), identify and execute corrective actions by expected completion date(s).
• Maintains and advances technical skills, knowledge, and abilities by assigned training.
• Participates in the manufacture of Process Challenge Devices in support of sterilization testing.
• Supports process and product validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
• Works in a safe manner and considers safety in all aspects of job.
• Perform and report 5S Audits, assist in resolution of any issues from audit results.
• Support Dunnage Activities for worldwide validations.

Required qualifications:

• 3 Years with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
