Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aftermarket Campaign Manager to join our team. The Aftermarket Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns aimed at maximizing new and existing customers' product utilization to increase engagement and retention. The immediate goals of these campaigns will be the acquisition, recovery, and renewal of service agreements (Mycare), training, and consulting services. This role will report to the marketing organization but work closely with the Service organization, to deliver 20% growth YoY.


Responsibilities:
-Develop comprehensive aftermarket campaigns targeted at existing customers to drive service agreement acquisition and renewals, training enrollment, and consulting service utilization.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to align aftermarket campaigns with overall business objectives.
-Utilize customer data and insights to segment the customer base and tailor campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
-Create compelling messaging and content for campaigns across various channels including email, social media, webinars, and direct mail.
-Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
-Develop relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their needs and challenges and provide solutions through aftermarket services.
-Community & forum building and management.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to aftermarket campaign management and customer retention.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
-5+ years' experience in a relevant field.
-Proven experience in campaign management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
-Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
-Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
