Aspen is both a Tier 1/2 Automotive supplier, and our Pyrogel and Cryogel products are used by virtually all leading petrochemical and refining company across more than 50 countries. We are looking for both entry level and experienced team members to join our manufacturing facility in East Providence. A good fit is someone who is eager to learn and grow, shows up to work on time, and puts in a hard day's work.

Open Positions May Include:

• Rewind Operator
• Casting Operator
• Oven Operator
• Conversion Operator
• Aging/Extraction Operator
• Slitting Operator
• Coating Operator

Desired Experience:

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Maintenance of a clean, highly effective and efficient production environment.
• Fork truck experience is a plus
• Able to read blueprints is a plus
• Previous production work experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical process or manufacturing company preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts; 4 days on/4 days off with overtime as needed.
