The Role:

  • The Compliance Manager - Programs is responsible for the management of the Company's significant compliance programs and regulatory agreements, as well as monitoring the Company's adherence with those programs/agreements and submitting reports as required within the programs/agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain significant compliance programs and regulatory agreements, such as but not limited to the compliance program(s), or equivalent, established by Nevada, New Jersey, Mississippi, and Rhode Island.
  • Provide compliance subject matter expert support and advice, as needed, to Company executives on material matters governed by the programs/agreements.
  • Establish a listing of reports that, pursuant to the programs/agreements, are to be submitted to internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Establish a schedule, pursuant to the programs/agreements, of when, where, and to whom the reports are submitted.
  • Submit, or otherwise ensure the submission, of reports in accordance with the programs/agreements.
  • Develop standardized report framework template(s) for reports required by the programs/agreements.
  • Collect, collate, consolidate, and clean data and information, or otherwise ensure such is done, to suffice reporting requirements pursuant to the programs/agreements.
  • Author and finalize reports to meet reporting requirements pursuant to the programs/agreements.
  • Identify requirements within the programs/agreements by which the Company must adhere.
  • Identify internal stakeholders (e.g., 1st Line of Defense) responsible for knowing, understanding, and ensuring adherence with the requirements within the programs/agreements.
  • Confirm appropriate internal stakeholders are informed of applicable requirements within the programs/agreements.
  • Develop and publish schedule of meetings, attendees, and minimum agenda items for meetings required by or in material support of the programs/agreements.
  • Facilitate, or provide material support to facilitate, meetings required by or in material support of the programs/agreements.
  • Facilitate the intake of and responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies regarding matters within scope of the programs/agreements.
  • Perform ongoing testing and monitoring of the Company's adherence with the programs/agreements.
  • Perform annual assessments of the Company's compliance internal controls (e.g., compliance programs, etc.), implemented pursuant to or in material support of regulatory requirements, to confirm such are still fit for purpose in relation to the Company's compliance risk profile.
  • Support development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Company policies implemented to effectuate elements of the programs/agreements.
  • Monitor compliance processes for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned by Compliance leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Casino and online gaming (e.g., sports betting, casino games) operations or compliance experience
  • 4+ years of equivalent experience as outlined within "Principal Duties and Responsibilities"

Target Salary Range:

  • $94,000- $117,500 Annual Salary
