Currently, we are hiring an experienced Mold Maker in Slatersville, RI, who will be responsible for designing and fabricating basic fixtures, as well as repairing and maintaining injection molds and machine components. Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (Based on experience)

1st Shift Hours: 6:42 AM - 3:12 PM, Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related work experience or a degree.
• Ability to read/understand safety, quality, and work instructions including blueprints.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, construct, and repair a wide variety of basic tools.
• Set up and operate surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, and CNC EDMs.
• Create tool paths from CNC programs such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and BobCad.
• Use a variety of measuring instruments such as micrometers, indicators, and calipers.
• Perform visual inspections ensuring that tools/parts produced are in conformance with quality requirements.
• Maintain injection molds.
• Complete general housekeeping duties including but not limited to sweeping, trash removal, cleaning plastic from molds, and equipment cleaning.
