Job Summary

The Service Director II will oversee specific geographic area and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit and hire prospective employees, manage field personnel, meet financial and sales targets, negotiate contracts, and establish and meet productivity metrics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow and quality of work performed by Service Managers with consultation from the Region General Manager
  • Manage sales and financial responsibilities including inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review, and operating plan targets
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met
  • Negotiate service agreements with client in accordance with the DOA
  • Partner with Resource Managers to manage workforce utilization
  • Ensure continuous client contact to assess long-term staffing needs
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities
  • Drive escalation and ensure resolution of key operational issues.
  • Create, anticipate and adapt solutions to execute business objectives based upon organizational strategies
  • Maintain customer relationship partnership, alignment, and credibility
  • Identify and develop internal and external strategic partners and opportunities
  • Collaborate with functional leadership teams to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Provide direction and leadership to the team ensuring a common vision and purpose to effectively fulfill projects
  • Asses company strengths and weaknesses relative to the service line needs in order to determine business opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Lead the business service line to deliver gross sales commitments, exceed margin goals and exceed customer quality and overall value expectations
  • Manage progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential, making adjustments as necessary in order to assure optimal profitability
  • Establish strategic priorities for service line and implement plans for sustainable Service line growth
  • Considerable travel required
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • Manage and develop employees
  • You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of senior leadership experience in the service line or other related equipment
  • 7+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
  • 6+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Experience in reviewing contractual documents for accuracy, adherence to agreements, and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Energy, construction, engineering or related experience desirable
  • English proficiency required

Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $162,800 to $268,600. This is an exempt from overtime position. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
