Qualifications:

-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
-Self-motivated, team player, adaptable, willing to learn
-Previous customer service experience required
-Previous Human Resources experience preferred
License Requirements:
-Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses
Essential Job Functions:
-Provide a high level of customer service by answering employee requests and questions,
direct employees to the proper representative when needed.
-Answer basic questions about benefits, policies and procedures, and other HR matters
-Copying, filing, office organization, data entry, general correspondence
-Assist applicants/HR Representatives with the new hire process to include all paperwork
- Create employee personnel files
-Production of monthly newsletter
-Assists in carrying out various HR programs
-Assigned special projects as needed
-Other general duties as assigned

balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching,

use of ten key and personal computer
-Constantly use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing task
