**The ideal candidate for this role will be near one of our facilities in Warwick, RI or Minneapolis, MN.**

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Build up industry knowledge in nVent SCHROFFs key target markets such as Aerospace and Defense and Telecommunication industries.

  • Identify gaps (products, services, footprint, route to market, etc.), define the winning strategy to close gaps and capitalize on those opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the product team to conduct detailed market research, comprehend customer needs, and identify target segments.

  • Work closely with our Sales team to identify prospective and penetration accounts. Create sales enablement tools for both.

  • Create impactful, targeted, and effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for our solutions.

  • Clearly communicate our value proposition and how our solutions differ from others in the market.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications for successful execution of the content strategy.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering and Management

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing or Product Management

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align marketing strategies in accordance with customer needs.

  • Strategic B2B marketing experience in an advanced-technology manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in indirectly leading cross-functional and multi-regional teams, fostering collaboration.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic and international
