JOB SUMMARY:

Are you looking for a Seasonal Opportunity at Aqua? We are currently hiring for full time seasonal clerks available from May through August.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Assist with preparation of MSAs, RFPs, and bid events

• Assist with vendor onboarding and relevant documentation

• Assist in obtaining supplier email addresses

• Contact preferred suppliers for list of items.

• Assist with chemical bid prep and analysis.

• Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned

• Pay Rate $15.00/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have a valid driver's license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Familiarity with computers and work systems such as Microsoft office suite

• SAP and intermediate Excel experience preferable

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.

• Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules

• Must always follow directions and implement safety procedures

• A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Working conditions may include travel to work sites of Essential Utilities and/or other constituents.
