What we need:

We are adding anIdentity and Access Management Adminto our team. This person will be instrumental in helping to build out the capabilities to support a centralized identity and access management organization. This role is foundational to support of the IAM function.

This position requires regular on-site presence in our Muscatine office location (3+ days a week).

What you'll do:

IAM Administration

  • Account Administration/Provisioning in Active Directory (add/change/delete).
  • Provide problem resolution to customers and teams to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
  • Operate within IT security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring user profiles, creating and reviewing security violation reports, and investigating security exceptions
  • Accurately update work requests in a ticketing system
  • Perform root cause analysis of incidents and service requests
  • Support management systems and act as escalation point from Service Desk
Develop Subject Matter Expertise
  • Become a subject matter expert for IAM and OIM (Oracle Identity Manager).
  • Build Knowledge base Articles and create/maintain operational how-to documentation.

What you know:

  • Office 365 hybrid configuration
  • Setup configurations like SSO, AD to OUD Synch, SSL, and certificate key stores
  • Multi-factor authentication solutions and directory platforms.
  • Privilege management solutions.
  • Design and configuration of Third-Party integrations leveraging SAML.
  • Authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts.

What you will learn:

  • Oracle Identity Management

What you have:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant Security Engineering and/or Identity and Access Management experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with enterprise Identity Management solutions
  • Proven experience leading the troubleshooting and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Experience with scripting languages.

  • Experience with SOX requirements and procedures.
  • Experience adhering to security standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Ability to work with the guidelines of release, change, incident, problem management, and project management (Waterfall, Agile, SDLC) frameworks.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities (root cause analysis and problem resolution)
  • Adapts to both working along, or as part of a larger team, for varying duration.
  • Demonstrates professional behavior when communicating and working with members, vendors and/or customers. Promotes effective communication and interaction among departments. Clearly and concisely expresses professional opinions with supporting rationale.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
