Responsibilities

1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 6:00 AM to Noon Friday

Starting Pay $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Prep, Lasting, Inspection, Finishing (Non-Sewing Operations)
    • Material Preparation.
    • Working with programmable machinery.
    • Perfoming manual jobs
    • Performing various shoe lasting operations to produce footwear, including inserting leather uppers in to clamping devices attached to machine.
  • Will be responsible for reading production tags and the quality if their work.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • Must be able to reach 12-18 inches.
  • Non-Sewing Operations must be able to stand/walk for a full shift.
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good Manual dexterity skills.
  • Positive and flexible attitude and ability to work and be a team player.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in Quality Control and Inspection desirable.
  • Previous experience in shoe/boot manufacturing desirable.
  • Stitching experience is preferred for the stitching role.
