Promote job site safety and encourage safe work practices Prepare work schedule, determine manpower requirements, material quantities, equipment needs, and supervise completion of final punch list Work with other superintendents and make updates to project schedule daily Direct all field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanshi

Attend pre bid meetings and estimate coordination meetings; Assess scopes of work to assign crews (labor and equipment), productions, schedules, materials and subcontracting opportunities to compile and establish pricing to cover project related work activities from project commencement to completion; Accurately prepare direct and indirect cost estimates in HCSS Heavy Bid
