Client Services Account Manager - Rocky Hill, CT

• Perform project management of deliverables
• Define the scope of periodic reporting and preparing key findings
• Contact and interacting with clients as needed
• Analyze and Interpret reports from tool and identify salient findings
• Design analytic deliverables from client specific needs
• Mentor less senior staff
• Represent Client Services in new sales process
• Develop and Maintain Customers' specific account structure
• Lead Client Trainings on decision support tool/ make presentations of Analytic Projects to clients
• Identify opportunities for and generate enhancement revenue, using consulting team where appropriate
• Work with less structured, more complex issues
